As a Nashville native, Jessie Norman grew up playing all around the middle Tennessee area. In fact, her career began right down the road at Una Recreation Center! She graduated as an all-state player from Page High School in Franklin, and continued her career playing two seasons at Tennessee Technological University. During this time, the Golden Eagles won two OVC Championships and made the school’s first appearance in the Women’s College World Series. Jessie began coaching travel ball in 2006 while she earned her M.S. in Sport/Exercise Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 4 years at Western Guilford High School, she brought a fledgling program to 3 state playoffs, with several All-Conference players, and worked hard to get several of her girls signed to continue their careers in college. She has 10 years experience Coaching, Mental Skills Consulting, and Speed, Strength, and Stamina Training, with her focus on ages 10-18.
